• Initial as-builts and permits (if any)
• Order/install insulation
• Framing
• Siding
• Windows
• Electrical/plumbing install   

• Paid upon completion of 66% of the project – 1^st draw paid off
• All interior painting including doors/millwork and trim is complete
• All plumbing/electrical trim and fixtures are installed
• All remaining flooring is installed
• Appliances are installed
• Landscaping
• Touch-ups and cleaning are complete

2nd Draw Request $50,000 - $100,000

• Paid upon completion of 50% of the project - 1^st draw paid off
• Framing
• Rough electrical/plumbing is installed with permits approved
• Insulation complete
• Most or all drywall installed
• Exterior painting complete
• Tile work is or is nearly complete (e.g.: bath/shower surrounds, backsplashes, flooring)
• Cabinets, countertops, doors/millwork, electrical/plumbing finish trim has been ordered
• 1^st Draw Request Up to $50,000

• Paid upon completion of 100% of the project - 1^st and 2^nd draws paid off
• All interior painting including doors/millwork and trim is complete
• All plumbing/electrical trim and fixtures are installed
• All remaining flooring is installed
• Appliances are installed
• Landscaping
• Touch-ups and cleaning are complete

3rd Draw Request $50,000 - $100,000

• Paid upon completion of 75% of the project – 1^st and 2^nd draws paid off
• Drywall, including mud/tape and texture is complete
• most interior painting complete
• Cabinets, doors and millwork have been installed and painted
• All hard surfaces, including countertops, flooring, and tiling are or nearly complete
• Bathrooms are all substantially complete: shower/bath surrounds/mirrors, etc. have been installed
• Appliances have been ordered

• Paid upon completion of 100% of the project – 1st-3^rd draws paid off
• All remaining plumbing/electrical trim and fixtures are installed
• All remaining hard surfaces complete
• All flooring including carpeting is installed
• Appliances are installed
• Paint touch-ups
• Landscaping and cleaning are complete
