We are seeking a self-motivated, driven candidate that possesses strong entrepreneurial and client development skills to increase our loan volume. This position requires an individual who is goal-oriented and has previous inside sales experience. This person will be responsible for follow-up on company sponsored leads and will take ownership of the conversion of those leads within our CRM system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on company-sponsored leads
- Make 50+ warm lead calls per day
- Deliver strong customer service in a sales environment
- Conduct customer needs analysis to learn and understand customer’s goals
- Create relationships with prospects and customers so you can help advise them on the best solution for their needs
- Assist our Loan Consultants with additional prospective borrower communication and/or pre-qualification, as-needed
- Help develop, maintain and update prospective and current borrower profiles within Salesforce
Skills and Experience:
- Prior inside sales experience making at least 50+ calls each day
- Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
- Sense of urgency with regard to lead follow-up
- Positive attitude, sales-oriented, team player, self-motivated, adaptable, forward thinking, coachable, and competitive
- High degree of integrity and work ethic
- Proficiency in computer literacy and database environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to set proper expectations with prospective and current borrowers
